Intercity trains run to Chippenham railway station, approximately 4 miles away.
By Taxi
Ask for the Village Green, Biddestone.  On entering the green, The Close can be located opposite the duck pond, set behind gates with stone pillars topped by large stone balls.The Billiard Room ison the left immediately after the gates.
By Road
Leave the M4 at Junction 17 if west bound, and travel south on the dual carriageway towards Chippenham until you join the A420. Turn right towards Bristol. Biddestone is sign posted south off the  A420, approximately 3 miles west of Chippenham. Head towards the centre of the village. On entering the green, the entrance to The Close is on the left, directly opposite the duck pond.
Leave the M4 at Junction 18 if east bound, and travel south on the A46 towards Bath until you join the A420. Turn left towards Chippenham. Then follow the directions above.
If approaching from the south, join the A4 which runs between Chippenham and Bath. On approaching the outskirts of Corsham, approximately 3 miles west of Chippenham, turn right at the traffic lights by the Cross Keys pub, sign-posted to Biddestone. On entering the green, The Close can be located opposite the duck pond, on the right hand side of the green.
